Meat and Salumi Industry magazine

Communicating with our members, with the sector’s operators, and with the Institutions, L’Industria delle Carni e dei Salumi (Meat and Salumi Industry magazine), the house-organ of the association, is the reference publication for the meat processing sector.
The monthly publication discusses political-economic, productive, fiscal, corporate, health, technical, and administrative issues of importance for the meat industry, both at national and at EU/world level.
The magazine has been published on-line since early 2000s, allowing to expand its readers’ base.
The magazine has a variety of targets, including meat processing industries, industrial slaughterhouses, veterinary doctors, local health companies, large-scale and organized distribution, importers, exporters, meat dealers, as well as Italian agricultural, exhibiting, academic, and technical-scientific entities and institutions.
